Google Data

Users have the option to authenticate access to their Gmail account. If access is granted, Taxbot takes a snapshot picture of any potential receipts and imports that picture, along with the email receipt text in order to match the receipt to your bank or credit card transactions. Only those email receipts are stored in the Taxbot database and that data is not used for any other purpose.

How do we protect your information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Retention:

Taxbot LLC will only hold your Data in our systems for a period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.  However, a copy of your data will be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.
