Avoid Late Dinners

I just saw an interesting study.

Dining close to bedtime may increase your cancer risk: A recent study shows that woman who ate at least two hours before bedtime had a lower cancer risk for breast cancer, compared to woman who ate right before going to sleep. For men, the same two hours between dinner and bedtime also was important. Men who didn’t have a meal within two hours of bedtime had a 26% reduction in prostate cancer risk. The thought is that sleeping soon after eating may effect how food is metabolized.
